Samuel Yeo

Samuel is an executive coach, headhunter and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience. He has since coached and placed more than 500 mid to senior-level positions for foreign and local MNC clients in a diverse range of industries. This includes the Pharmaceuticals, Semi-conductor, Infocomm, Telecommunication, Chemical, Oil & Gas and Engineering sectors.

As an Executive Coach, he helps companies to develop their high potential and to continuously develop current executives’ leadership skills so as to ensure company continued success. He also helps new managers, executives who wish to improve their relationship with co-workers, professionals. Those who want to alter their leadership/managerial styles for better effectiveness should approach Samuel too.

Samuel believes in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in people’s lives. He believes in unleashing the human’s potential to be the best that one can be. He is determined to help people live their lives courageously and passionately. It is this belief and commitment that keeps him motivated to make a personal career switch in the 1990’s from the Infocomm industry to his own headhunting firm in 1998.

Under Samuel’s coaching, his clients discover more about themselves and will gain new insights to their situations. The program should enable them to make better choices and take more effective action. The other benefits that his clients have received include improved working relationships with direct reports/supervisors, increased job satisfaction, positive impact on performance, improved skills (like communication, delegation, conflict management, team building, persuasion, etc), greater productivity, motivation and confidence.

Beyond his professional life, Samuel served as a volunteer towards several community causes such as the Reach-Out Programmes for Aged Residents in Henderson and he also volunteers at the Cheshire Home, which caters to wheel-chair bound residents, working with the movement-impaired residents.

He is also certified in Job & Career Transition Coaching (with Career Planning & Adult Development Network), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder’s Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith GLOF 360. He is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).


Alice Chia

Alice Chia has been a Motivation Trainer, Executive and Life Coach since 2005. Alice is passionate about contributing to people’s growth. She specializes in coaching clients in building their leadership skills and personal effectiveness.

With her wealth of experience, she has established a reputation for bringing forth the commitment of clients with effective strategies to unlock their full potential. She is good at creating a safe space for her coaching clients to explore deeply about their compelling desire for self-mastery.

Alice’s clientele ranges from CEOs, directors, managers to social workers, homemakers, teenagers, and even retirees. Alice believes that every human being is unique and that everyone wants to be a champion in their lives. Depending on her client’s needs, Alice listens and customizes the coaching processes accordingly. She believes that good listening and fostering trust shall establish the foundation for any effective coaching to take place. Her corporate clients include HSBC Insurance, The Thought Collective, Petronas, Adita-Birla Group, INTI/Laureate International University and College and Body Contours.

Alice is happily married with 3 children, and pursuing her passion in coaching. With her passion in “discovering” people, Alice continues to develop and hone her skills in personal effectiveness and mastery.

Alice is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Coach from one of the world’s leading coaching certification institution, Newfield School of Coaching in USA. She is also certified to lead David Bercelli’s Tension Release Exercises. She is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).


Adele Chung

Adele Chung has over 15 years of corporate and marketing communications experience in APAC delivering sound communications and branding strategies for B2B multi-cultural telecommunications, IT and petrochemical organizations. Leveraging on her strong corporate experience, Adele combines Strengths-based learning and development in her coaching and facilitation programs to support her clients in business transformation and team performance.

Her work creates cross-functions collaboration, improves team engagement and leadership development. She customizes, facilitates and delivers Strengths-based personal coaching and teambuilding workshops that have helped individuals, managers and leaders, business owners to shift from conventional problems fixing management to creating a highly engaged Strengths-based company culture.

An advocator of the positive psychology and Strengths movement with top five talent themes of Connectedness, Maximizer, Ideation, Empathy and Input; Adele endeavors to bring about a heighten sense of self-awareness, positivity and transformational learning experiences to all her clients in making a positive change to people and communities around them.

Adele holds a MBA from the University of Adelaide and currently resides in Singapore.


Theresa Goh

Theresa has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of executive and career coaching, human resource, marketing and executive search consulting. Her experiences include individual career development and coaching, strategic human resources, and international recruiting. She has worked in corporate and government organizations of different cultures, cross-cultural environments and understands the professional challenges of those who are living and working in different cultures and across countries.

With her wealth of experience in career development, Theresa provides one-on-one and group coaching, guiding them on their career development and transition– whether to remain in the same career, explore new careers with skills transfer, networking, resume writing or even starting their own business. She used to be the Regional Global Employment Advisor with the U.S. Department of States for more than four years where she provided career development support to the family members of foreign service officers posted overseas.

She is currently an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

S. Nora Benyahya is a PRISM Brain-Mapping Practitioner, a trained Ontological Coach and Business Administration graduate with 15 years of industry experience. “The main competitive edge in today’s technology driven world is ‘human’ technology”, cited Nora.

Nora also believes that coaching is about “Unlocking Hidden Gems Within”. She has made it her mission to enrich entrepreneurs and intra-preneurs, lives by re-awakening their true passion and purpose in all that they endeavour to achieve.

Nora currently is based in Malaysia and she heads a non-profit organisation championing for the marginalized children’s access towards quality education.
