We use 360 degree feedback as part of our executive coaching program. The key purpose for this program is to benchmark which stage an individual is in their development. Assessing them against clearly defined behaviours and competencies. The gathered findings then form the basis of the coaching objectives and it subsequent desired outcomes.
The other purpose for 360 degree is to create greater awareness of the impact of their behaviour at the workplace to provide them with choices that can really make a difference.
