Our client is a Global MNC in the chemical, gas, and energy related industry

Reports to : Country Manager
Manage a team : 5-6 people
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading various marketing initiatives & activities related to Investment, Product Management, Pricing of the chemical, and gases product portfolio to drive growth and profitability in line with the country strategies.
The candidate will also lead and support Customer Experience initiatives/activities to enhance the customer led culture within the organisation. The country Customer Service team will also report to this role.
This position will lead the timely development of strategic & actionable proposals or deep dives into crucial and urgent strategic issues. In addition, this role will track the execution of agreed strategic actions and progress against predetermined KPIs and targets including timelines.
This role should be strongly business focused and is a thought leader and proactive yet collaborative change agent with a deep understanding of the company business, processes, guidelines including portfolios as well as good understanding of the local & external market trends, customer requirements and opportunities in Singapore.
