On-boarding / Career Transition Coaching

Most organisations are faced with the challenge of preparing people for and helping them transit to the next role.

On-boarding / Career Transition coaching helps leaders to accelerate and to quickly fit into their new role in the first few months. It involves identifying priorities and designing a comprehensive plan to address corporate milestones and goals. Coaching topics include building new skills essential in the new role, identifying stakeholder and strategies and navigating through the new culture, work plan design and other areas, customising to the needs of the individual.

Every engagement begins with the coach partnering with the client and the sponsor (HR or immediate supervisor) to complete an analysis of requirements for success in the new role. From there, we tailor a coaching plan to address the requirement for success.

Outplacement Coaching

Restructuring can be traumatic, so Beacon helps executives make the next step in their career. This service is a high-touch alternative to traditional outplacement services for their departing mid to senior-level executives.

The customized process helps them discover their strengths and talents, define their personal career goals, develop a personal marketing strategy to achieve the career goals, and identify and target their next opportunities.

Behavioural Coaching

Behavioural coaching is more tailored towards potential executives who are being identified as high performer or with high potential that are having behavioral challenges. We work with these individuals to face their behavioural challenges and gain new competencies to balance their high performance with emotionally intelligence. Our most successful coaching clients are executives who are committed to being great role models for leadership development and have values which are aligned with their company’s core values.

We help clients identify their “blind spots”, and understand its impact upon the stakeholders and the people they worked with. In the beginning of the Executive Coaching process, we use feedback from colleagues and associates to create awareness of these “blind spots”.
